Setting Up the Gradebook

Gradebook Setup

You can adjust your gradebook setup in the "Setup" tab.

In the "Gradebook setup" tab, you can see all the activities that have been added to your gradebook as grade items. By default, all course activities are automatically added to your gradebook when you add them to your course. Here, you can adjust:

1) The order and weights of grade items,

2) As well as edit the grade item settings or hide it from learners' user report view.

*Note:

1) Changing the order of grade items in the gradebook will not change the order of activities in your course.

2) Manually changing the weight of a grade item will automatically adjust the weight of all other grade items in proportion.

Course Grade Settings

In the "Course grade settings" tab, you can define the settings that will determine how the course gradebook will appear to all participants.

Preferences: Grader Report

In the "Preferences: Grader report" tab, you can set up the grader report according to your preferences.

We offer both monthly and yearly pricing plans. You can choose the plan that best fits your needs. Opting for an annual plan will provide you with a 25% discount compared to the monthly rate.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. However, please note that there is a 30-day notice period required for cancellations.

If you cancel or downgrade your account, your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for nonprofit organisations.

If you represent a nonprofit and are interested in our services, please email finance@plutolms.com for more information on how you can benefit from these discounts.

Is VAT included in your pricing?

VAT is not included in the prices listed on our website. It will be added where applicable during the sign-up process.
