Frequently Asked Questions
The demo provides a high level overview of all the platform’s capabilities. To make the best use of your time, your consultant will focus on the features that are relevant to your unique requirements. You can always schedule a follow-up demo if you would like to see a more in-depth demonstration or address additional questions.
You are welcome to invite team members to the demo. When making your booking, you will have the opportunity to add the email addresses of your invitees.
Your consultant will be mindful of your time. We do not schedule back-to-back demos and will therefore be happy to accommodate you should you require some additional time.
You will be able to select to use either Zoom or MS Teams for your demo. Should you require an alternative option, you are very welcome to make a booking and get in touch with us by responding to the confirmation email. We will be happy to accommodate you.
We use Calendly to manage demo bookings. Once you have made a booking, you will receive a Calendly invite via email. This email will also contain the option for you to reschedule your booking.
Your consultant will ask you for permission to record the demo. If you consent, the demo will be recorded and your consultant will reach out with the link for you to keep or share with your team members.
