When signing up for our Pilot plan, you will get access to:

All features as described on our features page as well as pricing page will be available to you during your piloting period.
There will be no feature limitations during this period, the following restrictions will however apply:
- No Dedicated server
- No SLA (basic agreement can be arranged however)
- 50GB storage
Payment will occur on a month-to-month basis via credit card. If you prefer EFT, please contact [email protected] if you need an invoice for EFT purposes.
The pilot period is offered for a maximum of 2 months from payment date. You can stop your pilot at anytime by notifying [email protected] at least 7 days before your next monthly renewal. In other words, you do not have to use all 2 months. You may also upgrade to any of our standard plans at anytime during your pilot period. Any payment credit due will be deducted from your next invoice. No refunds are offered.

Before your pilot period is complete, we will reach out to ask if you would like to upgrade to a standard Pluto LMS plan. You are not obligated to continue services with us, however if you enjoyed the pilot and you feel Pluto LMS meets your requirements, your subscription will be continued after the pilot period.

Yes, after upgrading, none of your Pilot Plan data will be lost. This will be carried into your upgraded plan.
Unfortunately not. You may however upgrade to a standard Pluto LMS plan on a month-to-month basis.
No, you can upload unlimited users during your pilot.
Yes you can, there are no sharing limitations during your pilot period.
